I had a HORRIBLE experience bringing my pet here. When i discussed how my pet was doing the doctor told me he would need a couple meds and to be held for a few hours to collect urine. SIX HOURS later i still hear nothing back from the clinic so i finally call them fearing they will close soon. They say my cat is "cranky" and not cooperating and they haven't been able to do anything with him or get a sample. This place has no compassion or understanding for your sick pet at all. Took my dog in with bladder issues and since I was standing outside with him I was charged a late fee that they don't mention to you over the phone when you schedule or confirm your appointment. Not to mention I was waiting to check in once inside because there were two people in front of me! They only care about money not your pet! After over two hours there they did a bunch of tests and sent my poor dog home with an antibiotic even though they couldn't... read more

The rating given does not depict all the visits made, just today. My "beef" is with the front desk staff. 2 young & ignorant ladies that either need more training or a new profession. My husband and I brought our 2 dogs in for their annual exams. We are on a fixed income so saving the money needed is very hard and unfortunately our much loved pets go without until we can save enough. So, my husband was giving details about the dogs' history. I'm only giving this place one star because I cannot give it zero. The vet we had was pushy and rude. She talked to us in a condescending tone the entire time. All she tried to do until the moment we walked out of the door was push medicine on our dogs when I repeatedly told her we would be back for it. I will never return to this place.

We've had two less than stellar experiences with two different dogs. We took our girl here when she stopped eating, and after some tests the vet told us a diagnosis of a bleeding tumor and most likely serious cancer with little to no survival rate. When she told us, it was like she was reading off a menu. She wasn't rude, but there was just no compassion for the fact that we were just told we would very likely lose our pet soon. They helped my lay my dog to rest and sent a sympathy card w her paw print it meant the world to me

I took my dog for a second opinion on a mass seen on an X-ray from another vet. I was planning on putting my dog to rest that day. My daughter wanted to be there to. She arrived late which in turn made us late for our appointment. THE DR CHARGED US A LATE FEE!! SOO UPSETTING!

Unfortunately, our hospital policy does involve a late appointment fee after a certain amount of time, which was explained during your visit.
