Exceptional. Even though my vehicle is older, Crest handles my vehicle with care each and every time it is in the service department. Dustin did an awesome job with the loaner vehicle also.
Excellent customer service. Sales associates was really friendly and nice. the Sales person talk to me like i was family from the start of the conversation. I bought a use LS 460 L Lexus and the car is a wonderful car. Crest Cadillac made sure i was a satisfied customer before I left the dealership. Crest also gave me a loaner car to use while my car was getting ready. I would recommend anyone to rest Cadillac if they are looking for a great car.

AS always they were ready or me and greeted me when I drove in. He outlined the steps in my service and the estimated cost and ordered a car to take me home instead of having to wait as the service would take 3 hours. They picked me up when the car was ready and he explained each step of the service and the final price.
