Crest Infiniti has excellent service and sales personnel.
My experience was great as the service at Crest is always on point. Ron kept me up to date on the status of the work and other future maintenance that will be needed.
I was kept informed about what was to be done and how the process was going. I was given an opportunity to get a ride home to wait for the service to be completed and then a ride back to get my car. I would recommend this service center to everyone.
Crest has a service team that is the best in the business. Every time we come to the dealership for service we leave with a smile on her face. Nothing really beats Audi a great car and then receiving fantastic service.
My car keeps having the same problem which is really frustrating. But I appreciate your trying to help.
The repair was good. Car was returned clean. Timeliness of communication could have been better.
I was in for Zaktek treatment, a recall issue and a free update of Bluetooth system. The services were done expeditiously and well. However, the car had not been in the shop for more than 30 minutes and I received a text that I needed an oil change, air filters, a cabin filter and brake fluid flush and fill. Obviously, they did not check those items, as I had just had a synthetic oil and filter service, both air filters replaced and a new cabin filter.
