Out of all the places to get $1000 maintenance cost up sells from an oil change visit, this is the best.
My Service Advisor Alan is Amazing to work with. He is very helpful and has really helped me get this car in top running shape. I really appreciate his professionalism and quick responses. I bought this G37 Coupe from a used car dealership and the previous owners did not service it much. It was in pretty bad shape, but after the great Service from Crest Infiniti in Frisco, it runs like a brand new car. Very smooth ride now. I am very happy with the Service Department at Crest Infiniti:-)!!

Reasonable timing. There was some confusion about a special discount on a regular service; 50% off. No one at the service dept was familiar with the special offer. Crest sent me an email touting the offer. I had to show the email to the service rep before it was applied.
