This was my first experience with Crest after just buying a certified preowned QX80. They did the minimum; left a sizable stone chip in the front window, balanced two front tires that I thought were wearing poorly and returned the car with grease hand print on top front head area. My previous Mercedes Dealership would have not handled these items this way. Maybe I am hoping for too much customer service.
