My sales person, Erica, was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking for, and she made it very pleasant to deal with. The paperwork was prepared with minimal effort on my part. It was explained to me thoroughly, and although it was not a quick process, which is understandable when you’re buying a car, but it was not an unpleasant process either.

Very kind, very personal and everybody there was upbeat and very knowledgeable. The repair person Informed me of the time it was going to take to finish my car, because of all the work I wanted done. Will be 4 hours and it was actually 4 hours.
