The buying experience was very good from the point of looking for a car, reserving it and the delivery. Lucas/Nassau and Mike (sales director) were very efficient, followed up on time and made the delivery prices a good experience.

Awesome experience, awesome team! Ben Tidwell, our sales rep, was very personable, friendly, helpful, answered all our questions, and was polite throughout our time there. My advisor Ly leng contacted me asap when my SOP came in. Dropped off the vehicle and by the next day, before lunch it was done. Also with the complimentary wash and vacuum!

I got the car back at the time I requested. Only concern I had is that they didn’t even touch the carpet inside my car. So it was trashy
