This was my first time taking my vehicle to Crest. ...it most definitely won't be my last. Roy was my Service Advisor and he was professional and very positive. My vehicle repairs were completed efficiently and in a reasonable time. Ask for Roy when you go to Crest, tell em Malika said he's the BEST!

Two words: Shon Vaughn. Run, don't walk, if you're in the market for a new car! I walked in feeling defeated but he was able to read me and understand exactly what I was looking for and in need of. He hit the nail on the head with his recommendation and made the closing process seamless.
