To be honest I was kinda mad at Crest and had written them off as I paid off "The Bad Decision". Bryan Delgadillo called me one day, well yesterday, while I was minding my own business and told me about a great incentive to get myself from being upside down. I told him "I don't believe you". He countered with stats and facts. Which is my love language! I told Bryan "if you can fix my loan, and get me out of there by my bedtime I'm in". Shon has good energy. Worked out since we've closed the deal. I felt my business was needed and mattered. Seems like everyone there is happy even working late. Leon was great, he didn't seem tired even though he was the last person there, kept his energy and enthusiasm positive. I only wish each cubicle is a little bit more organize. New chairs and some shelves to display awards. Overall good experience.
