I appreciate Ly for his quick assistance and patience with me when trying to duplicate the noise I was hearing. I also want to say my loaner/rental was very tempting, lol. Lastly I thank the service manager for honoring the coupon as written and not whatever the cashier clerk was trying to interpret it as. Although a far drive from my home but the distance is worth the difference.

We had a most pleasant shopping experience at Crest Nissan. Staff was professional and welcoming. All of our questions were answered quickly; there was no hard sell on items which we had little interest. This is how a dealership should be operated
