Worked with Greg in the service department. Super friendly, helpful, and great with communication. I initially thought the process was going to take forever and the process actually turned out to be very easy and I had my car back and fixed way sooner than I was anticipating! Drake and the team did a great job at getting my car back on the road. The part they needed was of course on back order, but when the part came in the mechanic came in at 4 in the morning to take of our car. Wow, now that is dedicated employee. Thank Crest!
