Ly really made the experience as great as it was! He worked with me on scheduling, very clear communication all the way threw and really went the extra mile to satisfy me as a customer. Only small complaint that I had was the complimentary "car wash" those guys need to put forth a little more effort because it was not clean and I took the extra time and care to keep the rental clean but Ly was amazing.

Great experience and completed service before quoted time. Work was excellent and car was washed and vacuumed very clean. Best Nissan dealership in the DFW area.

What a wonderful experience I have had at crest because of Jonathan Reyes and Enoch suero who provided such amazing customer service. I bought a brand new 2021 Rouge Platinum right off the showroom floor and that would not have been possible without the kind and courteous help from these gentlemen! My car is still pretty new so they did what I needed to keep my car running smooth, I was very satisfied and its clean!!🙂 Did not need loaner considering it is the 5000 mark.

Service adviser greeted me immediately, completed the necessary quickly, advised the current wait time, and directed me to the waiting area. Instead of a 90 minute wait I was on my way after only 60. Great service.
