I brought my car in for a recall on my braking system. I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. Andy was my technician. He was very courteous. My car was promised for noon tomorrow. It was ready for pickup early this afternoon.

I recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Pathfinder from Crest Nissan in Frisco. Buying process was efficient, staff was friendly and professional. Once I got the car home it had a couple of minor issues, I met with a manager and they immediately got my car in, got me a rental, and had it repaired within a day! Everyone was friendly, very customer service oriented, and professional. Definitely recommend!
