The service advisor, Ly was very knowledgeable and helpful. The tech Tyler Golay did an excellent job and I’m very, very happy! Great service!!!

My service advisor is great!He doesn't pressure me into My service advisor is great! He doesn't pressure me into paying for services on my vehicle if I'm not comfortable. Andy Troung is my guy and helps me find a coupon for my service appointment. That saves me money and makes me a happy customer.

Always happy with the service at Crest Nissan Frisco. Andy Truong is always helpful and used a coupon on one of the services. Will be coming back again.

This dealership is thorough. They tell you what should be done, and if anything else needs to be done, let’s you know to make the decision. Also, the staff in the Service Dept are wonderful, kind and knowledgeable! I would recommend Frisco Nissan to everyone, definitely, a one-stop shopping car dealership. I highly recommend!!!
