The only thing that gives me the inclination to leave a 4 star, instead of a 5 star, is the failure of the online reservation system to make the reservation I thought I had for an 8:15 am appointment. The entry didn't go through to Crest, even though there was nothing left to do on my part. Consequently, when I arrived, there was no reservation, and I had to go to the back of the queue, resulting in a 3 hour wait for minor routine maintenance.
