I found service to be exemplary and waiting time less than expected. Team was friendly, attentive and helpful. Waiting area was very comfortable. My 2017 Volvo came back driving great and looking like new.

This is my first volvo and first time their. I was using it as kind of a trial run to test you out. Jordan was awesome, not only personable but knowledgeable, he knew i didnt know much about the car and it was clear he was trying to educate me rather than take advantage of me. Being my first visit to Crest Volvo in Plano was a very positive experience. Having recently moved to McKinney, I chose Crest due to location versus my dealer of the last 7 years, Park Place Volvo.
