Sales team was great! Barry was helpful for arranging test drive and buying process and he was super nice. Also Rico was very informative and kindly answered all my questions. Even he had someone from tech showed me all key functions before I left which was really helpful. Buying experience at Crest Volvo was great and I am expecting customer service for maintenance will be great as my buying experience as well.

Service at Crest Volvo is exceptional. I have an S60 and XC60, and bring them in for all of my maintenance needs. My service advisor never tries to oversell, just what I need, when I need it.

Went for annual service and state inspection. Completed in about 75 minutes while I waited. Excellent service. Highly recommend. Waiting room is old and tired but coffee and snacks were great. Anxiously waiting for new facility in Frisco.
