I was very impressed with Kelly and her professionalism she displayed throughout the loan process. She answered all my questions with pinpoint knowledge and patience. At no time did she make me feel like my questions were not important. She was very responsive to my calls and emails. If she was in a meeting or unavailable, she made time to contact me which made me feel like I wasn't just another client. I would recommend her and definitely if I had to refinance or go through the loan process again, it would be with her.

Kelly was amazing!! Always transparent throughout the entire home buying process. Even though there was a delay in closing (no fault of Kelly's or Crestmark), she communicated the status of our paperwork multiple times a day.

Brent's experience is on display throughout the entire process. He was helpful, informative, and explained things concisely. The only hiccup we saw was when our file was being prepared for underwriting--we had a rushed process because of our aggressive closing date and the loan processor did not understand we had money being held in multiple accounts.
