What a great experience going through the process of securing a loan with Crestmark. In the past buying a home has been painstaking and stressful. This was the first time it went smoothly.
I loved working with the Crestmark team. They were very communicative every step of the way. I was very informed. Additionally, their quick response and availability was awesome when I had questions. I'd say the best mortgage company I've worked with ever!
I was very impressed with Kelly and her professionalism she displayed throughout the loan process. She answered all my questions with pinpoint knowledge and patience. At no time did she make me feel like my questions were not important. She was very responsive to my calls and emails. If she was in a meeting or unavailable, she made time to contact me which made me feel like I wasn't just another client. I would recommend her and definitely if I had to refinance or go through the loan process again, it would be with her.
Kelly was amazing!! Always transparent throughout the entire home buying process. Even though there was a delay in closing (no fault of Kelly's or Crestmark), she communicated the status of our paperwork multiple times a day.
