By far the best experience with a mortgage company I've dealt with. Not even one issue throughout the whole process. Very helpful folks.
My experience with Becky and Lisa was excellent. However, I can't said the same about the closing agent. She was overly talkative at the closing proceedings. She talked a lot about her personal stuff that had no relevance to the meeting. She even made a mistake and had to reprint one form. The meeting was scheduled at 11a.m. and we did not leave until 12:30pm. Finally, the closing agent called me at 4:30pm asking me for my passport number and told if I didn't provide it my loan will not be funded.
