the manager is has a nasty attitude and no remorse for the working man all they care about is money money money.
We have issues with the fact that they (crestview/vineyards) allow a convicted felon on the grounds that is know to be very violent. He attacked my fiance and threatened to kill myself my fiance and my dogs then pulled a knife on him and my fiance fending him off . Police were called and charges were filed but nothin has been done and hes still here and we r expected to pay full rent and the only thing we were offered was for them to mow our tiny yard by their mowing crew and u couldn't even tell it had been mowed.. the mana... read more
