The convenience of their location is why I use them but their customer service is one star. The two female employees with desks at entrance makes it seem as a customer is an inconvenience for them to print something but they work at a print shop! The energy when you walk in is that they hate their jobs. Since the woman had to do an extra step and download my file she muttered, "The minimum is a dollar to print something here." I have never been told that and feel the owner should have knowledge of her staff's work ethic when... read more
I don't even want to give this place a 1 star. But yelp I guess won't let me give a big fat zero. They are not nice and you won't get your stuff done on time as promised.
Very unfriendly service. I arrived 15 minutes before closing for printing a quick document. The man didn't say anything to me when I told him what I needed, he just glared at me and pointed at the sign reading "email your documents to..." I wasn't aware at time of payment that they don't accept cards for under $10 so I asked if I could run to my car- the woman sighs and doesn't say anything. I come back in 2 minutes, the man is impatiently waiting for me at the door and says "OHHH, you came back, we are closing now." (This ... read more
While Westside Print Center has some glowing reviews, I find what's more telling of a place of business are consistent, bad reviews. I had a project for my son's first grade class. Involved printing 18 children's photos and binding them onto a book. Each file I had was emailed to me by my designer friend, two children per email (9 emails). They moaned when they realized that was the way I was going about transferring the images to them, emailing one email at a time. Files were made on a Mac and I was forwarding from my iPhon... read more
Pretty bad customer service. The elderly woman is downright awful. I was talked at and lectured after I had asked about why I couldn't get something printed on a particular size of paper (I am not familiar with the logistics behind printing on larger sizes of paper, so I was just curious). The quality of the product itself was decent, though some mistakes were made. Staples and Kinkos would have been better choices.
My order was correct, I will give them that. I prefer to frequent small businesses so I decided to try out Westside Print. Their office is filled with rude employees who could not be bothered. Good for them if they are so busy and do not need new or returning customers. It felt as if they were doing me a favor, not somewhere I will return. Even the email return for my request was rude. Great touch.
I am LIVID! (I can get OCD about my paper.) Granted, my order was a bit complicated with multiple documents needing different pages printed but I figured they were professional and could handle it. I don't know if they are way too overworked and suffer from short term memory loss but I walked into the store, talked to a friendly staff member about my needs, and headed back home to email my documents an hour later. I call to confirm they received my order, and they ask for my number to let me know when the order is ready fo... read more
The Westside Print Center is chock full of rude, crotchety employees. An older redheaded woman snapped her gum and appeared annoyed when I explained I needed to print a 3-page PDF document. I was purposefully ignored for a long time and finally had my document printed out but with major attitude. The redheaded woman attempted to explain "You have to understand it's hard to get up for a 3-page document." Well, guess what folks? When I have a bigger job (and I have a few coming down the pipeline), I won't be going back here... read more
Called to get a quote. For being a company that claims "Full Service" they wouldn't take my order because it was too small. So be it, but there is a major difference in "Refusing Service" and letting a customer know that you can not help them. If I remember their words "my order was too small". Great customer service. I don't usually practice using condescending methods when selling to a customer. Its ok though I needed help with one small project meanwhile I have about 5000 product labels, 3 vehicle wraps, and sales decks p... read more
