I just came back from this place, I live a few blocks away and have been going here to get scans and prints for the last twenty years. I just wanted to get a single scan done front and back, copied onto a USB. The lady at the front desk asked for an order minimum of $25.00. All that for a double scan? Also the service was straight up terrible the printer shop worker behind the front desk looked at me like a strange zoo animal the whole time, talk about racist. Never coming back here ever again

I was a customer for many years because the service was great. A company called Crisp Imaging bought them out. Maybe my expectations are too high. You decide. I had an important document that needed to be printed by tomorrow. My schedule was tight. I called. Rep said they would be ready in an hour if I sent the files right away. I showed up a early. i wish i could give no stars. people are rude, and couldnt give a damn about you. This place is expensive and have people with the worst attitude. They give you no guidance and you basically have to do alI the work yourself. I dont know how people are putting 5stars. Look for the real comments. You should ONLY GO if you want to throw your money away and have a lovely headache. YOUVE BEEN WARNED

The worst place to go. I went in and I wanted to print a menu. I asked to see what kind of paper they had, and if they had any samples...Every response "Shirley" gave was "well what do you want". Shirley was absolutely no help at all. And after I had to imagine everything in my mind, she was charging me $46 "before the print" so it would've ended up being probably 60 or more or less for 20 menus...Went to KINKOS. Spent about 17 on what I wanted and it was an absolute breeze. Don't OVER PAY. Save your $$$

Came for a quick standard printing job on 2 sheets of paper so I could mail something out. Emailed them what I needed printed and the price was $1. So looks like it's 50 cents a sheet. I was expecting to pay like 20 cents a sheet, but when you're in a bind what can you do? Probably won't return unless very desperate.

Was quoted something different.... when I showed up they told me that what I was quoted was not accurate. They wasted my time. I scheduled out my time and drove there only to be told what I was quoted was not accurate

Frequented this print shop over the course of the last year. There's a new woman who hovers around the front desk area, and the last two times I've been in there she was incredibly condescending and unprofessional. One star because the printer works, otherwise take your business elsewhere

Horrible customer service, they act as if whatever you need (and are ready to pay for!) is an inconvenience for them. It's surprising they're still in business.

Update: So I went back yesterday for a third attempt here only cos it's right by me, and as usual they were too damn rude and lazy to help even though I was the only customer!!! I finally told them as much and walked out and went to Office Depot with no issues! I needed the simplest word docs printed up and the woman was so rude and literally kept throwing out all these "rules" of how exactly I need to email her the docs, as a PDF cos "You're not the one going through each document" - direct quote by her.
