I have to say the car buying experience was a really good one. The delivery process they offer if you live outside of the area was a nice touch. But they do not tell you if there are any toll fees the customer is responsible. I received two toll citations. I brought it to the company's attention and was told they would take care of it. This was two months ago. Now I received an updated citations with added fees. So I have to fight this in court.
