everything went very well until the paperwork, the nissan dealership could not provide the paperwork and had to contact the honda dealership - and they took well over two hours to finish the paperwork. each person we interacted with was professional and courteous - but the process was greatly flawed. So, i would recommend the dealership but with caution.

Had another excellent experience having my 2017 Pathfinder serviced at Criswell. Had the 100K check, needed some work done. It was done quickly and I was out in two hours on a Friday afternoon. Great!

Thank you. However, I found the new policy of charging an additional 3% for my usage of a credit card annoying. I thought it reflected poorly on Nissan. Usually such a cost is hidden in the cost of service, not after the fact.
