Went to this dealership for a routine oil change, which we do 2 or 3 times a yea. This was not a complicated or expensive service, but I must say that lately, I really like Criswell. A couple of times the Manager has help me. They seem more honest, professional, and focused. I can take them seriously now and I trust what they tell me about my Maxima. This was not always the case in the past, but I so appreciate them now.
I wanted to take this opportunity to say thanks to Dalton and your service team for a great job you done. I wasn’t too thrilled with previous experience from past service consultant, but you restore my trust in Criswell Nissan and their quality customer commitment. Thank you for your great customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend Criswell Nissan at Germantown location and ask for Dalton. Very well manner individual and focus in your needs.
UPDATE: Post Sales experience -- Awful!!! These guys are so bad, so rude and not ready to help. Christian (my salesperson) left the company and no one is willing to take the ownership on helping me out with the tags. The call transfers don't work, Finance people specially James behave arrogantly. No one assist. We had a great experience dealing with Christian Acevedo at Criswell Nissan. I’m sorry to say I did not have a good experience. Came with a Nissan manufacturer coupon for an oil change. Also, a manufacture recall on key. I was told to bring both keys. I went back while waiting to confirm that they would check the air pressure in my tires as lights were on that they were low. Was told that’s what they do for an oil change. When finally finished, and paying, amount was incorrect. Person who took the coupon did not tell associate. Had to wait for paperwork to be redone was handed back keys and how it wa... read more
My appointment was quick and easy. Gail, my service advisor was polite and helpful, she answered my questions and I didn’t wait too long. I expected to leave my car for the whole morning but in two hours I was out. Thank you Gail!
