The finance boy Matin Dunlap will lie to his own mother to make some money on a warrnty if he could. PSA do yourself a favor and never ever buy a warranty from matin Dunlap. Trust me. It's always extremely overpriced n he will hit u with some BS line about "I'll give u the warranty at cost price!" LIES. And if u must buy from this place..Never finance with this dealership/ They will hold the rate on u and make thousands off u. beware dont buy @!@@ purchase on nov 2 . no one at criswell attempted to contact me. no one return email or call to complete the contract. bed liner still owe to me on the I owe u, which a legal binding contract just horrible service for buying a new truck. I came in to finish the I owe u ( bed liner ) on the contract and also get service work done. told me 5hrs wait at 12pm on a Saturday ( which is close ) told them to program my remote starter keys ( part # 999k-1w4002 ) that I bought from nissan, which I was going to pay ... read more

I went to get a vehicle inspection done for a used 2013 Nissan Altima I just bought from out of state. The inspection was done in a timely manner and I passed without any hiccups. I'm very sure some other shop would've found some "needed" work to charge me. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable about my Altima and educated me on it's maintenance requirements. I live in Silver Spring, but I don't mind the drive one bit for all my future vehicle maintenance at Criswell. Good job guys!

Worst customer service around. Brought our car in to be fixed under warranty and not only did they not fix it the first time but continuously refused to fix it until we went to the highest of the high. Ridiculous. We even took it to another Nissan and they said the work that was done on our car was horrible and contacted upper management. Won’t ever be returning for any reason.
