My experience with Critter Care has been horrible. Had several dogs taken there as part of a rescue, and each time there were problems. Misdiagnosis, mislabeling, charges put on our account that weren't ours, and the final straw was Dr. Leyendecker's refusal to vaccinate a dog if I wouldn't buy a microchip. I was hung up on as I tried to explain we had our own microchips and the dog would be getting it at another time.
