Critter Care Veterinary Clinic (CCVC) is not child friendly. The front staff is not up to par with the reception staff at regular (human) doctor clinics/offices (i.e. professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness, and willingness to provide a positive customer experience) particularly Brooke.
