This company has lost its way. I have been a faithful customer for almost 3 years. Then some suspicious billing issues came up. This company told me a lie. After the lie, they charged me $ that I did not owe. The ONLY thing this company has going for it is the service technician. She is kind, caring and very nice.

I recently purchased a home that was still under their warranty. I have been trying for 5 months to get someone to come out to do an inspection. I haven't heard from anyone yet. The technician has not returned my calls either. UPDATE: I finally got a technician out who was on his phone the whole time he was here. False advertising-ABSOLUTELY NOT HUMANE. Called to have a burrowing animal removed humanely. Talked to tech Michael who tried to tell me that “humane” doesn’t mean not harming or killing when that is the very definition of humane. He told me that regardless of what the animal is, he would kill it. I attached a screenshot of their website advertising humane treatment. This company is a scam. Charged $1k to fix a mole problem, not only is the problem not fixed, but the company is unresponsive. Technician stopped showing up and service was never completed. Multiple calls and texts to both the technician as well as the business, they keep telling me “a manager is going to call you, this is not how we do business” yet I have not received a call from anybody from this company to remedy the lack of service. Do not use this company, unless you want to be tracking them down.

I have been with this company for many years. I first went to them with a carpenter bee problem and have been happy with our relationship. This year I turned to the company for help with as critter problem in my home. I have been very disillusioned with this is company I have depended on for many years. Appointments have been set up with no consideration as to convenience for my being present. I am never consulted about the appointment.
