I recently purchased a home that was still under their warranty. I have been trying for 5 months to get someone to come out to do an inspection. I haven't heard from anyone yet. The technician has not returned my calls either. UPDATE: I finally got a technician out who was on his phone the whole time he was here. This company has lost its way. I have been a faithful customer for almost 3 years. Then some suspicious billing issues came up. This company told me a lie. After the lie, they charged me $ that I did not owe. The ONLY thing this company has going for it is the service technician. She is kind, caring and very nice.

False advertising-ABSOLUTELY NOT HUMANE. Called to have a burrowing animal removed humanely. Talked to tech Michael who tried to tell me that “humane” doesn’t mean not harming or killing when that is the very definition of humane. He told me that regardless of what the animal is, he would kill it. I attached a screenshot of their website advertising humane treatment. I have been with this company for many years. I first went to them with a carpenter bee problem and have been happy with our relationship. This year I turned to the company for help with as critter problem in my home. I have been very disillusioned with this is company I have depended on for many years. Appointments have been set up with no consideration as to convenience for my being present. I am never consulted about the appointment. They were able to come out quickly to rescue a squirrel from my chimney. They explained everything they needed to do and patiently answered all my questions. Once the squirrel was out they added a guard to the heat shield to prevent any future problems. They even texted me a picture so I could see the guard they added. Very professional, respectful and friendly.
