Did not initially solve a squirrel problem from Nov '22. Reported squirrel noises 4-23. Told them we see a hole where squirrels are entering .Said they would call, come out to investigate. No call, showed up while we were not home. Told us likely mice, not their problem. No mention of the obvious hole. Did they even investigate? Called them again. Different tech. installed one-way door on hole reported on 5-11-23. Said be back in 5-7 days. No show. Had to call again on 5-31 to have one- way removed. We'll see if they show up... read more
They lie and steal and won't return your calls. Everyone acts as if they are clueless to what is going on. They took the money from my account through auto draft and that was not agreed upon. I am thoroughly kissed the fuck off
My recommendation is that anyone needing this service run the other way! This company took my money, placed a couple of traps, said they could not leave traps set over weekend. They came and tripped the traps. did not catch anything, but came back and reset after holiday weekend. I expected them to come back by weekend again, but two weeks later traps were still there, even though they repeatedly said they could not leave them over weekends by law. UPDATE: After going back and forth for several weeks with the main company in GA, this issue was resolved after talking with their Division Service Manager.
My technician was awesome (name started with a T)- I called concerning some scratching in my walls. Within an hour my technician called me and stopped by the next morning. He gave me an inspection (turned out to be squirrels)- He was very knowledgeable and helped me with all of my questions. They caught the squirrel the same week. It was lit - just got my house excluded today . Super impressed
Its unfortunate I was unable to give a ZERO star rating for the company. In June 2017, I contacted TruTech for birds that were in my attic. TruTech sent out another company by the name of Critter Control. The representative, Cody, informed me that there was evidence of birds in my attic. He was unable to fix the problem at that time, but recommended for me to obtain their services to prevent any other wildlife from entering the attic area.
