I called Critter Control because I started hearing an animal scratching at something and running underneath the flat rubber roof in my bedroom. The inspector (I believe his name was Quentin) did a visual inspection and then went to the roof, where after a few minutes he said that he didn't see any hole but it would be "best practice" to set a live trap on top of the roof to catch the animal...the problem is, the roof is right next to a huge oak tree, so a trap would inevitably catch the wildlife in the tree and not necessari... read more
Great work! Had a critter get into an exterior wall of my house. They were there in the morning the next day. Very friendly service from Tyler. Took care of the problem throughout the week without me needing to be there.
I called five trappers and they were the only ones to answer their phone with a human and did not have to wait on hold. I immediately felt like I was dealing with a local company and their rates were very reasonable and the service was excellent! After the first day my critter issue was solved and I could tell their technician treated the critter as most humanely as possible.
Great service, nice employees (Quinten and another guy). They did not trap my skunk because it had moved on. But will use Critter Control again if need arises. They have taken care of my problems in the past.
The Critter Control tech arrived the morning after the service contract was submitted to set up traps in locations informed by the lawn damage that was described. Over the course of a few weeks, ten raccoons were caught and removed to ultimately eliminate the recurring lawn damage. The traps were locked open during weekends to ensure that nothing remained trapped for unnecessary durations.
