With three days to go before leaving for Milwaukee we accidentally trapped a racoon in the basement. Needless to say panic ensued. After several disappointing calls to other services, I got ahold of Pam at Critter Control. She heard the panic in my voice and was immediately calming and helpful. She work hard to get a tech to us ASAP. Within 2 hours Anthony was at our door. He saw the panic on my face and was understanding. There was a critter in my roof vent scurrying around at night making it unable to get some sleep. I contacted Critter Control on 2/24/25. I was advised of the inspection fee up front. I was advised of the issue and a trap was set on my damaged vent outside of my home to catch the critter the next day 2/25/25. It was on 2/27/25 the squirrel was caught in the trap. Critter Control scheduled service quickly. We had a few questions and they were very prompt when replying and answering all of our questions. They gave us recommendations to prevent any critters from getting back in. I would recommend this company to anyone that is hearing critters in their attic!
Quinton came promptly and was able to get the three raccoons living in my chimney Mom and 2 babies I do recommend
