There was a critter in my roof vent scurrying around at night making it unable to get some sleep. I contacted Critter Control on 2/24/25. I was advised of the inspection fee up front. I was advised of the issue and a trap was set on my damaged vent outside of my home to catch the critter the next day 2/25/25. It was on 2/27/25 the squirrel was caught in the trap. Critter Control scheduled service quickly. We had a few questions and they were very prompt when replying and answering all of our questions. They gave us recommendations to prevent any critters from getting back in. I would recommend this company to anyone that is hearing critters in their attic!
I called Critter Control because I started hearing an animal scratching at something and running underneath the flat rubber roof in my bedroom. The inspector (I believe his name was Quentin) did a visual inspection and then went to the roof, where after a few minutes he said that he didn't see any hole but it would be "best practice" to set a live trap on top of the roof to catch the animal...the problem is, the roof is right next to a huge oak tree, so a trap would inevitably catch the wildlife in the tree and not necessari... read more
The tech did a fantastic job of relieving my anxiety when I thought I had birds in my chimney. As it turns out, they tried, but failed to get in. He inspected everything thoroughly and made my upcoming roof replacement possible.
Our dog got hit by a skunk in our back yard, Critter Control set traps but it became obvious that the skunk possibly died under our shed. The strong smell has lingered on for over three weeks. Either our dog got a good bite in or the single digit temps killed him one night. But, thank you and team for proving that we no longer have a skunk issue.
