They got 6 critters in 2 weeks. Still 3 remained . We elected to get the remaining ones ourselves.
Brandon has handled our insect and critter control for at least 5 years. He is thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend Critter Control!
I had occasion to witness a bat flying in my bedroom at 2:30am and had myself and wife vacate the room and shut the door. I then located a company that was manning their phone at that hour (Critter Control). Brandon answered the phone and was very cordial and professional and agreed this is what they do. Our problem was not catching a live critter, but removing a dead one. A quarterly insect inspection and spraying found a dead deer under our back porch. (Our son Bill won the naming "contest" for our deer with "Deerly Departed.") We did some googling, and found Critter Control, and made the appointment. They were absolutely wonderful. Positive energy and they were very professional. I was able to sleep better afterwards. I would recommend Critter Control to anyone.
If you want the job complete instead of half done, hire someone else. I called Critter Control to remove 2 groundhogs from under my deck. They charged $225 for a consult and set traps. After about a week they caught one of them. Within 2 days they came and took the traps away without speaking to us and before getting the second groundhog. Amanda came to our home to help us identify a critter problem. She was extremely thorough in her assessment of our problem and very knowledgeable with the issue we have going on. Update: First we paid $300 to get rid of a groundhog that was living under our back porch. Critter Control used a live trap to capture it, then took it away and euthanized it. Later, we paid another $300 to get rid of a skunk living under the back porch. Then we paid over $1000 for Critter Control to install exclusion fencing in the planting bed adjacent to the porch.
