Good service! They were able to set up the week of and trap as quickly as possible. We had squirrels outside the garage. We were able to negotiate a set number to charge per rodent. The contract is important to review since its $50+ for every rodent caught, it can get pricey. I appreciate their flexility and the technician Kevin was friendly to talk to over the phone.

very disappointed in this company. Came out On June 13,2018 to place boxes for Voles, collected the fee up front and never came back, voles still in the yard...........I had to call 3 times before they came to remove the black boxes. Do not recommend this company.

I paid 200 dollars for someone to come out and look around my house for entry points and go over additional services for an additional charge. The exterminator was about to say his goodbyes without doing anything until I asked him to lay traps in my attic for a charge (at least I wouldn't have to go up into the attic). It's now up to me to go search around the exterior of my house and seal up possible entry points, clean up a couple dead mice from traps I put down a few weeks ago, as well as clean up the mice droppings. Horrible service. Set a trap for a ground hog and then said it was too early to trap. No bait visible in 2 traps once and had to call the company. Would not use again...
