My husband and I toured the property leading up to a potential move to Columbia from out of state. Sadly things didn’t work out and we have no need to relocate, but Becka was very helpful and the property was in a nice quiet area
So i have had a super great experience from my inception of just checking the place out which I was very indecisive in the beginning but Ashley has being phenomenal, I checked the place out in February and then since then it’s being a constant reminder and follow up on how am doing , if I want to check other apartments out, reminding me of available apartments. We just got all moved in this week and what can I say… the service and attention to detail goes above and beyond. Ashley Reed has been nothing but upstanding with her help. She has made this process super easy by making sure all the behind the scenes was taken care of. The way she is very on top of communication by answering all of our questions and always making sure to get back to us promptly has been a big blessing. Out of all the places we have chose to move to this has been the best experience by far.

When Kelly was here, it was a wonderfully managed place to live. Now, you never know who you'll talk to, the manager doesn't even live here nor care about the properties. There is no communication of staff changes or rule changes, they are rude and yell at folks for breaking made up rules. The property's have really creaky floors, struggling AC units, outdated appliances, no kitchen space, poor floor plans, unreasonable rent value, NEEDS REMODELS, extremely dirty upon move in, unprofessional staff and empty promises.
