Takes forever!! Nurses are slow and spend half the time with the window closed not even calling people up.

It’s too much to even think about but I am going to be going somewhere else that place has changed for the worst and I can’t handle it it’s putting too much stress on me and I take this serious and I’ve worked too hard to stay clean and got my levels taken from a six to a one I’m not happy

The front staff and counselors are absolutely amazing. Front desk lady that take she money and jelly especially. All the nurses are super awesome . Love Donna!! I honestly wouldn't be able to handle this place if it wasn't for those people I just meantioned. They keep it going not the upper staff that are suppose to. The time you have to wait almost Everytime you come is ungodly. Its crazy. Seems that what counselors and staff tell security to do ( like let in my patient for me to see and talk to) he wants to buck up and I g... read more

You can’t go here and have a job it’s insane !!! My job requires me to be there at 7:30 and the doctor doesn’t even get there till 7:30 so how am I supposed to see him !!!!!!!

It's like as long as you have money you are somebody. But after being on clinic for almost a year they put you on a financial detox. 10 mg. every other day. But when my financial situation was good they told me detoxing 10 mg every other day was dangerous. So go figure

Entrance Staff were very unhelpful, If I’m waiting on them no big deal, if I’m waiting on something else, their not aware of, a paper from the Grant Coordinator was an example, I’m asked to leave because I’d dosed, yet I was asked to wait while This form was printed for me, I left as, I was very uncomfortable until speaking with a counselor and nursing staff, they were great.
