I had a very positive experience for my appointment. It was very efficient. I arrived early as asked and immediately went from checking in to getting vitals and urine screen to talking about how I was doing and being informed about a new program that I could participate in to help with my recovery to going directly from that to seeing the doctor. I've never had an issue with the staff at my home clinic, they're all very awesome. The CALL CENTER on the other hand sucks. There should definitely be a little more communication between the clinics and the customer service department. I have had MANY negative conversations with the call center. They are RARELY helpful, they hang up on people all the time, and for the most part, most of them are just rude and nasty.
