The front office ladies are awesome @ the Butler, PA location!! Always organized & keep the flow of people moving!! They treat you with respect & no judgment!! Always there to talk, and answer your questions! I really look forward to my appointments because the atmosphere is always positive! I miss Dr. Ben that's one complaint!! The only other thing is the drug tests are not always correct somehow!!

First time, no host ever connected, second time I couldn't get my audio to work. My phone wasn't on silent just figured out how to chat on the zoom app though. Other than that, I will use this system any chance I can get because I have a hard time finding rides to Butler every 2 weeks.

I’ve been in the program for over three years, and honestly, it has saved my life! I am beyond grateful for this program, and I appreciate it more than I could ever say!! I have had a few different doctors over the years, and for the most part, they’re all very caring and compassionate- and it seems they strive to build a strong relationship and an even stronger trust. I think that they do a great job as far as rescheduling my appointments the doctor is very kind and sincere about how things are going with my medicine and keeping up with how I am doing my spell there's never a real long wait to see the receptionist for the doctor and I think that they do a great job thank you sincerely David

I experienced very unprofessional actions in front of other patients about an another patient’s urine results. This client had NO privacy about his results everyone heard them being read off. Then the Dr put his script threw said come back in a week he goes to pick his meds up and she cancelled the script like wow why lie to someone’s face like that. Again VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Very disappointing they are to be a role model not scoop to a drug addicts level!!!

My last appointment wasn’t scheduled so I had to call last minute only to get a virtual appointment so I was unable to give a UDS. Now in order to get the meds I need I have an appointment three days before my baby is due to be born and if I am in the hospital and cannot make that appointment I risk not getting a script because I haven’t provided a UDS. Even though I am able to come any time, you are overbooked so I’m here isn’t an appointment available until I am about to possibly give birth. Second problem I’ve had here in... read more
