they have new help. and they are not to polite. It is like a new revine and it is bad. They old girls are polite I looked forward to my appointment.
The doctor was very arrogant. Whenever I would try to talk to her she would ignorantly interrupt me and continue on to the next question. It was truly a horrible experience. Do doctors have to take basic ethics classes in school? What about healthy relationship with your patients. I will come back one more time and hoping I don’t get the same treatment.

The staff at the butler location where I go are very nice and friendly. HOWEVER, NONE of the doctors give a crap what patients actual needs are. They hold people hostage and threaten to never ween them of suboxone. Unkind and unprofessional. A complete disgrace to the recovery community. This is an in and out joint. It's truly sad how many people's lives their complicit in ruining.
I had a Tele appointment for 10:05 am on sat no one ever contacted me or open up zoom to let me in on my appointment so I’m not going by to be using crossroads anymore
You guys are actually horrible. This is the fourth time or so there has been issues and I've gone without my meds and had to consider doing heroin to not be sick. And I was pregnant until two weeks ago so it could have killed my baby and you guys seem to not care at all about that. They do not listen to what the patient has to say what so ever. ALL of the doctors are extremely mean, rude, unprofessional. The only reason that I keep going there is because they are essentially holding me hostage. Once they have you on the Suboxone, they will never ween you off of it.
I love Abbie n Sam thery make u feel ok about going to a place like that n they just make u feel good n always happy n smiling. The guy I can't remember his name but he's awesome too. Finally u don't wait half ur day there that's my only bitch is the hour wait...the last two months there was no wait ..love it!!
The doctor wasn't very friendly seemed liked she was miserable but the greater guy was very nice and who ever I spoke to on the phone was a bitch
