Doctor Schubert is consistently amazing. Rotating counselor (seen at least 4 different ones since I’ve come to this office, as just as many reception staff circulate in and out). Jasmine, reception/office mgr, is also consistent and maintains professionalism; she’s great!
I had been mistakingly scheduled for a consultation when I was actually a new patient, however they were able to accommodate me by pushing back my appointment 45 minutes, which gave me time to fill out all the paperwork anyway. Everyone was friendly and compassionate. I really felt like they wanted to help, not hinder my recovery journey.

Tiffany (?) is one of my favorite I’ve had in my many years of therapy / sobriety and her sharing stories of her own is part of why I love her and dr shubert so much . very thankful to have met her & have her as my counselor

Super friendly staff with a very down to earth atmosphere. Scheduling was easy and flexible with availability to fit my needs. The DR is knowledgeable, caring, and easy to talk with. There was a clear plan and path.

The newest counselor at the Harrisonburg VA location is amazing and one of the best I’ve met even tho I’ve only seen her several times , she offered her information , other resources to reach out to if I wasn’t comfortable talking with her if I needed someone to help talk me through a trigger. Very thankful for such a caring person in the facility ❤️
