The staff is very unprofessional by talking to clients about other clients issues. They leave people sitting for long amounts of time for no reason. They are uncaring and sometimes rude. They changed hours on Saturday without informing anyone. This will cause some to detox for 2 days without anyway to get the meds they need. The entire staff needs reminded that the people attending the clinic are humans and they deserve privacy and consideration.

Just heard that the regional director said that they are going to be open for one hour on Christmas. So I have to spend my whole morning here for hours because of this ridiculousness instead of with my kids. But online it says you will be closed on Christmas so this is just another example of this place never knowing what’s going on.

Once again this place has taken the spot for worst clinic I have been to. I’ve lost several jobs because this place will surprise you with a doctors appointment, so really you can’t call it an appointment, and if you have to be t work you either lose your job or have to leave without getting your medicine. They literally don’t care about their clients only about getting their money. At a real doctors office you make an appointment so you know what time you need to be there and can schedule off work.

I have been going to the clinic for close to three an a half years now . I have had no dirty drug screens for two years an I have seen a major amount of employees come an go I truly am great full for them helping me get clean and turn my life around , but I have diabetes and have been dealing with it and I have had the most disrespectful and negative experience from the staff over this issue they all have said that because of that that I am high risk !
