This place needs to get their shit together. They can’t keep counselors or ANY employees. They have no clue what’s going on at all times. They don’t care about their clients.

Always a long wait and most of the staff doesn’t want t o help when they are doing nothing else. The clinic has owed me over 1200$ now fo at least 5 months and I have spoken to at least 4 people sitting in the directors office who said they could help and still no response. My next step is to let Medicaid know you double charged them and charged myself and won’t correct the situation.

Most of the staff treat you like it's a jail or court ordered type shit. Instead of getting the feeling they want to help you.

Extremely slow service on a daily bases. Extremely difficult to get a dose increase compared to other local centers. Doctor is unavailable constantly.
