Your staff is so friendly and I love Jason the counselor he listens to me and he’s always so nice I’ve never had a problem there but it is aggravating when they messed up the time of the month we come I do hope they get that straightened out soon we cannot get our meds but once a month so why is it that we have to go every 3 weeks

It was good I really enjoy going to crossroads. It’s made it so much easier being able to go for a month and not go back every two to 3 weeks it was to hard for me to keep taking off work! Thank you for being there to help me

The doctors are always terrific and everyone for the most part ask if they can help with anything there just few girls (receptionest) that sometimes are rude i dont know any of there names but there is a few that could be little more professional but other than that i love that the doctors and jason and the other lady that does counseling are very nice and would help you anyway they could they always ask and make sure there is nothing you need so hats off to the doctors and the both counselors great job !!

My husband and I have been wIth the Jacksboro practice for several years and have been treated exceptional by all the staff at the office. It one time have we been treated bad. The only issue we have ever had is when the drs numbers were messed up it got us messed up with our insurance company and our pharmacy. ***Now we have issue that out pre auth runs out in February and was told that you guys were no longer getting those that we would have to pay for our mess out of pocket.
