All of the staff the the lafollette Tennessee clinic is is very professional they are always nice and I feel like the nurses and the doctor's treat every patient with the up Most respect even though I have had a problem in the past and now thanks to this clinic I am clean now I don't feel like anyone there looks down at me I have nothing but positive feedback for this clinic always nice and stays very clean
This place is great!! From the office personnel to the counselors and doctors. They are not judge mental. They treat you like family. All around great place for treatment.
The drs actually care about my recovery here and that in its self means something! I’d 10/10 recommend crossroads treatment center to anyone who truly wants help!

Office is doing so well at ke err ping t hff e patients safe with the giving masks to patients who don't have one as well as hand sanitizer at front desk for patients who need to use an ink pen or anything else. The problem is with patients who insist that they are immune to the virus in our country,they have the tools but some think there either too good to use them or just really don't care,which is irresponsible In my opinion but I guess if they don't care about there health it's on them. Well now take Medicare nice they care about your helth nice and friendly.
Almost everyone at CTC are very friendly and very helpful. There is always someone who doesn't belong but that's ok. The only down side to going to CTC is th very long wait times. Yesterday there was only 1 doctor available and many patients for him to see. Very great doctor and don't blame him for slow service. Just wished going to CTC every 3 weeks didn't take several hours out of my very busy schedule.
