It’s Usually a very pleasant time not like most doctors office waiting hours and hours and hours they do their job

This office (Johnstown,PA) has come a long way in the time that I have been going there. When I originally first started I never had any issues with anything personally, but I did however witness a few of the staff members (who are no longer there) treat some of the patients badly. They would say things to them loud enough for everyone to hear regarding their previous drug tests or whatever it may have been, I witnessed plenty of discrimination and belittling against patients and it had come from the nurses/staff in the fro... read more
The people at crossroads are very pleasant and accomadating. No shame is felt there no matter the circumstance.
Pleasant and comfortable, very attentive staff with prompt responses to questions or concerns.
Staff is always friendly and Dr. Murphy is so kind and caring. This last year or so had many staff changes and the girls that are there now are perfect🥰
