I always receive all the help I need...even beyond substance abuse treatment! If life’s got you in a bind, they help in every way they can. They’ve got help in many ways with an abundance of programs & they are too willing to help! Everyone is kind & confidentiality is kept! Thanx Crossroads!!

She had excellent customer service skills extremely kind and caring about my needs. And my needs were absolutely met. Very respectful. Was available via Tele visit to accommodate my work schedule which was excellent yes absolutely happy!

I appreciated that the receptionists treated me as a human being not as a drug addict or a source of payment like some places I’ve been to. They were polite, said please n thank you, greeted me as soon as I stepped off the elevator then said goodbye as I got back in the elevator.
