Everyone is very nice and patient and actually takes the time to help with any questions or problems. The zoom calls are great because its hard for me to get back and forth at the moment but it doesn't matter if I'm on zoom or in the office everything is taken care of. I automatically get a text for my next appointment. They're fast too. When you go in the office you don't have to wait forever. Youre basically in and out
