Always treated professionally there, though I know they're pretty overwhelmed. The few times there's been a problem, I was able to get a hold of someone quickly and talk to a real person who helped fix the problem, not "leaveca message and someone mat get back to you in 3 days" bs that I've dealt with before. All the employees are kind and friendly.

Everything as soon as I stepped off the elevator everything was neat orderly and scheduled properly and the nurses didn't panic if for some reason there was a hiccup everyone including the doctor I've been very hospitable as to not look down on on us especially in our time of need

The doctor I had a consultation with was wonderful was wonderful and very thorough and I really feel like they all care about me on a personal level and Dr. Shelley is also very caring and thorough as well when I go to get my sub blockade shot as well as all the people that work in the office.
