Been away since March. First in person appt in Nov. Way better than it used to be. Nicer, updated offices. Scheduled appointment time was on time, no waiting. Receptionist very pleasant and accommodating. Fast AND courteous. Very nice change

My experience was very professional and my appointment time was punctual. The staff at Johnstown location are nice and helpful! The office now is much more personal, private, and spacious

Drs are always great. Sometimes the wait is longer than expected and the waiting room in the Jtown office is way to small but otherwise very professional.

The staff are always willing to help they solve problems and work with us like people that's very important to us because they dont us. Me personally I cant hear very well and they go out of their way to speak a little louder so I can. It gets very frustrating when someone says " I'm sorry I didnt hear you"..they're very patient I appreciate them very much..
