Actually, with each new monthly visit, I have seen improvement in a couple areas. Because of CoVid I have had Televisits for the last few months. The experience has been great! There have been some long waits but I certainly understand some clients need extra time. I work with Dr. Wolfe who's been understanding, helpful, supportive. I'm very happy to be working with him. The staff at the Highland Park location is absolutely great. Friendly, helpful, and always positive. They always ask about my daughter. Very pleasant. I can't say the same for the Monroeville office. I took someone there and not only were they not friendly, but no one seemed to care about anything. Very unprofessional. That office is 5 minutes from my house, yet I travel 35 min to Highland Park because I feel more comfortable. And my doctor is great. I had another doctor in the beginning. She was good.
