Love the renovation in the waiting room in Highland Park. The whole process signing in, blood pressure, etc.moves smoothly. One big plus is the addition of the shelves in the bathroom for supplies. I love crossroads. They go above and beyond to help me. With this telehealth situation, I'm constantly forgetting my appointment, or sometimes they send me a bad link which will cause me to miss my appointment. I call them, tell them what happened, be it bad link or just forgot, and they find another appointment for me within hours of the phone call. No need to wait weeks, or the following month.
