Everyone was great this time! Last 2 times it was awful! Girl at front desk was slow didn’t act like we were important at all, talked to other people about stuff that didn’t pertain to her job while people were waiting to get checked in, let people go before other people who came in earlier than their appt time, why do we even need a appt then? Just letting them come in as they please! This girl was a lot younger than the girl who normally works there!

It’s good everytime I go in to pick up at my clinic in Ashland ky. I love my counselor but I also love the dosing nurses they make sure to check in with you every time you’re there & that makes me feel like a human instead of just a number some clinics treat you as you’re nothing but a number and a paycheck to them, but not crossroads!

The staff that usually works on Sunday’s Which is when my bi-weekly appointment is scheduled,, are very efficient and polite and they really keep the center running smoothly and are exceptionally timely which is very important . Dr Selip is very professional And always attentive towards the patient’s Needs. Every appointment I have with Dr.Selip and staff is always a very positive Experience. i’ve had no problems since I’ve been with Crossroads everything‘s going great haven’t used the support team is greatThe girl at the front desk was great gives me all the information I need she even did all that had to be done really good and then I went back and talk to the doctor on tablet She was all by her self. she did excellent for being alone I was in franklin office Sunday september 10
