The staff that usually works on Sunday’s Which is when my bi-weekly appointment is scheduled,, are very efficient and polite and they really keep the center running smoothly and are exceptionally timely which is very important . Dr Selip is very professional And always attentive towards the patient’s Needs. Every appointment I have with Dr.Selip and staff is always a very positive Experience. i’ve had no problems since I’ve been with Crossroads everything‘s going great haven’t used the support team is greatThe girl at the front desk was great gives me all the information I need she even did all that had to be done really good and then I went back and talk to the doctor on tablet She was all by her self. she did excellent for being alone I was in franklin office Sunday september 10

People are amazing and are very caring! That’s not the problem I have! My problem is that it takes so long to be able to take your dosages home! Driving there every single day between 5-10am makes it so difficult especially if your disabled like me! And the cost for gas to go everyday is getting very costly! They make it way to long to move up so that you can take home a weeks worth of meds at a time or more! If your having clean urines and don’t miss any days then I think a month is enough to move up a level! Not 3 m... read more
